Use very old or mature avocados. The guacamole will be much more tasty, of course, provided that there is no rotten part.
Ingredients:
The pulp of 3 avocados, ripe
The juice of one lime
1 teaspoon of salt
1 small onion, diced
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
2 tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon of garlic tea, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix avocado flesh, lime juice and salt. Add onion cubes, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Stir slightly by incorporating the jalapeño.
Refrigerate 1 hour and serve with tortillas, chips or toasted baguette slices.
