Inspired by a traditional English drink for the holidays, this recipe for eggnog highlights the taste of mango.

Mango Eggnog


6 eggs (separate yellow from white)
¾ cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon mango syrup
¼ cup rum
1 cup cognac


Beat the egg yolks in large bowl to make froth.

Gradually add sugar, milk, vanilla, mango syrup. Stir thoroughly.
Incorporate the rum and the cognac. Mix until light and fluffy consistency.

Just before serving, beat egg whites until stiff and fold them in to the mixture until it's smooth and creamy.
