An alcoholic drink with a sweet, creamy texture originally from Haiti. With patience, impossible to miss this recipe.



1 can coconut cream
½ cup white Rum
½ cup coconut Rum
4 cups milk
1 can evaporated milk
¼ teaspoon cinamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cans condensed milk
¼ cup white sugar


Mix coconut milk with the alcohol. Let it macerate for at least 2 hours.

Bring to a light boiling the milk, evaporated milk with the cinnamon and vanilla extract. When the volume of liquid is reduced by half, remove from heat and let cool.

Add the alcohol mix, nutmeg, sugar and stir well so all the sugar is dissolved. Incorporate the condensed milk and mix to get a homogeneous mixture.

Savor warm on the rocks.
