3 sweet potatoes
3 regular potatoes
1/4 cup of dill
salt to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Wash sweet potatoes and potatoes, and peel them.
Cut into quarters. Put everything in a large salad bowl.
Add spices, stir everything, put salt to taste. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and toss again with your hands.
Spreading in a single layer on a shallow baking sheet, covered with aluminum foil.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite mayonnaise.
