So fast and easy to prepare, these shrimps are bound to be the hit of your cocktail.
1 cup shredded and toasted coconut
1 cup crispy breadcrumbs
¼ cup curry
¼ cup pepper
1 lb shrimps, thawed and cleaned
1 beaten egg
Preheat the oven at 400° F.
Mix dry ingreadients in a deap bowl.
Dip the shrimps, one at a time, in the egg, then in the coco mix so they are entirely covered. Lay them on a greased cookie sheet.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
