A family recipe for thin pancakes that served with your favourite topping are great for dessert or breakfast.

Creole Pancake


2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup rum
1 cup flour
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar


Mix all the ingredients manually or with a mixer, until smooth. Pour in a buttered and heated pan. Turn over, once before taking it out. You will obtain a light pancake.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
