The best recipe for meatballs to do and enjoy. Goes well with white rice and sos pwa.

Creole Meatballs


4 slices of bread
1 cup milk
1 lb ground beef, marinated
2 slices of bacon, minced
Salt, pepper
1 finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ cup flour
Oil for frying


Soak bread slices in milk for 5 minutes. Then, mash and mix with meat, bacon, salt and pepper, garlic and tomato paste.

Make medium size balls. Roll in flour and fry until they are golden brown. Put them on paper towels to absorb excess fat.

Serve hot.
