Dumplings are easy to made balls of dough. Add them to your soup or stew. They are also great in sos pwa.

Creole Dumplings


2 cups flour
½ cup water
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon oil
½ teaspoon black pepper


In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients to form a smooth and soft dough.

Taking 1 tablespoon of dough, making the dumplings, some of elongated shape and some round, by rolling the dough with the palms of your hands.

Add the dumplings at the end of cooking any soup, broth or puree of peas.
